Cool Climate, close to the Alps at around 400m above sea level, right on the lake - a magical place.
The soils are shaped by the last glaciation and everything that came to the region from the Alps then and afterwards. Exciting and unique.
Untechnical Maceration Carbonique, lots and lots of whole grapes, ok... almost all the grapes were whole, after being pressed into the barrique, deliberately filled cloudy with yeast.
