A little bit away from the lakeshore and therefore warmer location in Nonnenhorn. Has a little less coarse soil and a little more clay in the soil.
Whole grape pressing, spontaneous fermentation and subsequent storage in a 600l barrel, 16-18 months on the full yeast, unfiltered bottling.
