Cool Climate, close to the Alps at around 400m above sea level, right on the lake - a magical place.
The soils are shaped by the last glaciation and everything that came to the region from the Alps then and afterwards. Exciting and unique.
Whole grape pressing, spontaneous fermentation and subsequent storage in barrels, 600l barrels and barriques, 12-14 months on the full yeast, unfiltered bottling.
